Burn Dressings

Burn dressing is available as both a bandage, gel spray in a pump bottle, and dressing. Burn dressing is applied to alleviate pain and reduce damage to the skin by cooling down the burned area. The burn dressing is sterile and can therefore be applied to burn wounds, thereby protecting against contamination and reducing the chance of infections in the burn wound. Burn dressing is a first aid treatment for burns and scalds. In case of severe injuries, a doctor should be contacted. Burn dressing comes in convenient and small packages that can easily be carried in bags, backpacks, and pockets, and should be kept at home, in the car, boat, and at the cabin. Burn dressing can also be used for scalds and sunburns.
