Retmex® Rescue Stretcher Combat

The Retmex® Rescue Stretcher Combat is designed for rapid and safe evacuation in combat situations. Equipped with two adjustable straps, it securely holds the patient in place, while its flexible design allows it to bend and adapt to uneven terrain. The litter features multiple handles, enabling two to six people to quickly and safely carry the patient to safety.

Lift or Drag for Quick Evacuations: In urgent evacuation scenarios, the Retmex Combat Model can be used for dragging as well as lifting. The soft stretcher can be positioned between the legs to ensure the patient remains secure at all times, even when being dragged.

Durable Cordura® Fabric Construction: The Retmex Combat Model is crafted from Cordura® fabric, known for its military-grade durability. This makes it not only tough but also highly maneuverable, allowing you to slide a patient along the ground if you are alone and need to provide cover.

Patient Fixation Buckles: The included buckles allow for secure fixation of the patient onto the litter, ensuring they remain stable during transport.

Compact and Easy Storage with Molle Webbing: The litter comes in a compact carrying bag, making it easy to transport or store in a convenient location.
